Q: What are Brothers-All-Natural Fruit Crisps?
A: Brothers-All-Natural Fruit Crisps are 100 percent real fruit, peeled, sliced and gently freeze-dried into a light, flavorful chip-like "crisp" - all made with no added sugar or preservatives. Fruit Crisps contain zero grams of fat and sodium plus only 30-80 calories per serving (depending upon the fruit).

Q: What are Brothers-All-Natural Fruit Crisps made of?
A: Brothers-All-Natural Fruit Crisps are 100 percent all-natural fruit. As a freeze-dried product, they provide the natural goodness of fruit with greater shelf-stability and without any preservatives, added sugars or fats used in most dried fruits in the marketplace. Plus, freeze-dried fruit retains virtually all of the nutrition of the fresh fruit, including the natural enzymes. "The Fruit, the Whole Fruit, and Nothing but the Fruit!"(TM)

Q: What happens during the freeze-drying process?
A: The process of freeze-drying removes virtually all the water from foods while the basic cell structure and nutrient composition remain largely unchanged. Freeze-drying allows foods to be stored at room temperature for one year or longer. It also causes less damage to foods, such as shrinkage or toughening, than other dehydration methods which use heat. Flavors and smells also remain generally unchanged. Brothers-All-Natural freeze-dries to lock in the natural goodness of fruit while making eating fruit easier and mess-free. Plus, freeze-dried fruit retains virtually all of the nutrition of the fresh fruit, including the natural enzymes. 

Q: I live outside the USA, or in Hawaii or Alaska.  How do I place an order?
A: Unfortunately BrothersAllNatural.com can only process orders online for shipping destinations that are within the Continental USA. If you live in Hawaii or Alaska, you can pay the shipping costs to have our products delivered, or check out our store finder to locate a retail outlet near you that carries our products.  For customers desiring our product to be shipped outside the USA, please contact us.

Q: Are Brothers-All-Natural Fruit Crisps nut free?
A: Yes.  Our Fruit Crisps are 100% peanut/nut free; the manufacturing plant is a 100% peanut/nut free facility. 

Q: Can I receive Discounts or Special Promotions?
A: Here at Brothers-All-Natural we understand that the economy is sluggish and so to assist our loyal customers with obtaining the occasional special promotion we have provided two methods. First, please sign up for our Email Promotions. To do so, just type in your name and email address on the left-hand side of every page "Email Promotions" section. Every week we send out an email that contains a special discount (save up to 33% with some promotions). Second, please view our Specials page. Just like virtually all E-Commerce and Retail operations, we cannot honor multiple coupons on the same order. You may only use our coupon codes with New orders (i.e., coupons cannot be used retroactively). You may only use One coupon code per New order.

Q: Why should I log-in every time I visit this website?
A: You do not have to log in to use this website. The main reason to login is to make your experience more personal and specifically tailored to you. Certain features such as "Items Recently Viewed," Wish Lists, etc. will only function if you are logged in.

Q: Can I store my credit card information to be used for future purchases?
A: We apologize for any inconvenience, but due to the recently enacted PCI-DDS standards we are no longer permitted to store credit card information. The Credit Card industry enacted this policy to protect your personal information from being used by unauthorized persons. We recognize that larger websites like Amazon still have this ability, but for smaller companies it is not feasible at this time to offer this sort of functionality as the costs are extremely high for developing this to the standards imposed upon us.

A: At Brothers-All-Natural, food safety is a top priority. All our processing plants are ISO9001 certified and have successfully implemented the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) program. In addition, the facilities have been inspected by SGS, which is an internationally recognized 3rd party audit organization. Brothers-all-Natural is very proud to be: ISO 9001 certified, HACCP certified, CIQ inspected, OHSMS8001 certified and of course we are Disney Food Safety approved.
