This Website

Q: My account password for this website will not reset. What should I do?

• A: When we launched this new website we had thousands of customers who had to reset their passwords, and to alleviate some of the confusion we posted a page that explained the process. This web page can be found by clicking here.
  
  The process is a 2 step process, in that an email with a verification link is sent first, which must be clicked to verify that the password change request is indeed valid. Then a second email is sent to you with the actual new temporary password. However, there are times when the system cannot properly handle these requests and the emails are delayed (we've heard of delays as long as several hours unfortunately). We are working with the Shopping Cart developer (Big Commerce) to have this issue resolved, but to date this problem of delayed emails occurs from time to time.
  
  If you request a password reset and you do not receive the first "verification" email within 10 to 15 minutes, then please call us and ask us to Reset your Password for you. (Please note that your credit card information is not stored with your account, so our Customer Service representatives will not gain access to this private information by simply reseting your password.)
  
  NOTE: If you experience trouble changing your password, if after you have tried a few times and are still unsuccessful, then please call us and ask us to reset your password on our end. You will need to inform the Customer Service Rep regarding what you would like the new password to be. Call us Toll-Free at: 1-877-842-7477.

Q: My account password from the old BrothersAllNatural.com website is not working on this new website?

• A: We were able to port over almost all of our customer accounts from our old website with one exception - the passwords could not be brought over. So if you had an account previously on our old website, click the "Forgot your password?" link underneath the log-on and enter the email address you used on our old website. If your old customer account was successfully brought over to this new website then you will be notified on the screen and a password-reset email will be sent to you. Q: I live outside the USA, or in Hawaii or Alaska, and I would like to place an order. Please advise.

• A: Unfortunately BrothersAllNatural.com can only process orders online for shipping destinations that are within the Continental USA. If you live in Hawaii or Alaska, you can pay the shipping costs to have our products delivered, but often it is simply easier to find a retail outlet near you that carries our products. Q: Can I receive Discounts or Special Promotions?

• A: Here at Brothers-All-Natural we understand that the economy is sluggish and so to assist our loyal customers with obtaining the occassional special promotion we have provided two methods.
  
  First, please sign up for our Email Promotions. To do so, just type in your name and email address on the left-hand side of every page (in the left-hand column, under the "Email Promotions" heading). Every week we send out an email, and every other email usually contains a special discount (save up to 33% with some promotions).

  Please note that just like virtually all eCommerce and Retail operations, we cannot honor multiple coupons on the same order. You may only use our coupon codes with New orders (i.e., coupons cannot be used retroactively). You may only use One coupon code per New order.

Q: What is a Wish List?

• A: A Wish List is like the Shopping Cart, you put items into it. However, unlike the Shopping Cart which expires after a few days (and the items disappear from it if you don't make the purchase), the Wish Lists last indefinitely. Wish Lists are a great way to prepare a future order ahead of time. You can create multiple Wish Lists as well and easily add items to any of them right from the product's page. However, you must create a customer account first before being able to create any Wish Lists.

Q: Why should I log-in everytime I visit this website?

• A: The Brothers-All-Natural website (www.brothersallnatural.com) is a sophisticated website that tracks what you look at, so that you can view any item you may have looked at but forgotten about. This function is called "Items Recently Viewed" and this will allow you to view previously viewed items spanning several visits. Also, to be able to add to, or access a previously set-up Wish List you need to be logged in. There are many reasons to log-in each time, but mainly to make your experience on BrothersAllNatural.com more personal and specifically tailored to you.

Q: I want to be able to store my credit card information to be used for future purchases?

• A: We apologize for any inconvenience, but due to the recently enacted PCI-DDS standards we are no longer permitted to store credit card information. (You can view information about this policy here.)
  
  The Credit Card industry enacted this policy to protect your personal information from being used by unauthorized persons. We recognize that larger websites like Amazon still have this ability (to store credit card numbers for future use), but for smaller companies it is not feasible at this time to offer this sort of functionality as the costs are extremely high for developing this to the standards imposed upon us.
  
  We hope that in the near future we will be able to provide this functionality, but for now our Customer Accounts only store "Ship To" and "Bill To" information (so at least this information doesn't have to be re-entered again).

Q: What happens during the freeze-drying process?

• A: The process of freeze-drying removes virtually all the water from foods while the basic cell structure and nutrient composition remain largely unchanged. Freeze-drying allows foods to be stored at room temperature for one year or longer. It also causes less damage to foods, such as shrinkage or toughening, than other dehydration methods which use heat. Flavors and smells also remain generally unchanged.
