Free Shipping over $25 within Continental USA

We do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes due to our agreement with our carrier, FedEx. We're sorry for the inconvenience.

Shipping is currently FREE on all orders over $25 to all locations within the Continental USA, and to most US Military bases. We do NOT provide free shipping discounts to Alaska and Hawaii because most of the time the shipping to either location will cost more than the product itself, and please note that this restriction also applies to US Military bases in Alaska and Hawaii. We also do not provide free shipping to non-USA destinations.

We ship product within 48 hours of an order being placed, Monday through Friday (we are closed Saturday and Sunday). Actual delivery time is based upon your proximity to Rochester, NY and the FedEx Ground delivery schedule. An email is sent to our customers automatically when tracking numbers become available. However, we do not require a signature upon delivery, so FedEx will just drop the boxes off at your door.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is calculated based upon the weight of product ordered. If you are shipping to Alaska or Hawaii we recommend purchasing in larger quantities because, most of the time, shipping costs remain the same in larger quantities. All shipping rates are provided by FedEx.

All orders are shipped using FedEx Ground Home delivery service and tracking numbers are sent to your email address once the order has been processed. Tracking numbers can also be accessed by going to My Account and then clicking View Order Status.

Orders going to US Military bases are shipped via USPS mail and we don't provide tracking numbers for those orders.


100% Satisfaction Guaranteed - We guarantee 100% satisfaction on all Brothers-All-Natural products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving the order.  To initiate a return request, simply select the product(s) you would like to return from the "Completed Orders" page in your account.  After we receive your return request we will contact you with instructions for sending the product back to us.  If you do not have an account, email us at info@brothersallnatural.com for product return information.

Once we receive the product, we will refund the full purchase price or exchange the item for another of equal or lesser value per your request.  As of July 2011, we will now allow our customers to choose a Store Credit rather than a normal monetary refund or product exchange. If the customer opts for a Store Credit we will increase the amount of the refund by 15% (in Store Credit format only). Thus, any customer opting to take a Store Credit rather than a normal refund or exchange will gain an additional 15% of Store Credit dollars to use on any future order.

Please note: The return shipping must be paid by the customer returning the product to us. If your purchase was NOT made on www.brothersallnatural.com then you will need to follow the return policy of the store where the product was purchased; therefore contact the place of purchase to request a return or refund.
